2023-12-05 08:46:25 -0500 | asked a question | Dynamic simulation How to use PSS/E to run a dynamic simulation of a single-phase short-circuit which, after a certain time, becomes a two-phase short-circuit on the same bus? |
2023-12-05 08:40:42 -0500 | commented answer | DTHRESH value in the relay model DPDTR1 Thanks for your answer Is it possible to set a negative value to disable the derivative criterion and only use the power limit criterion for tripping. |

2021-03-18 07:36:24 -0500 | commented answer | GGOV1model Thank you again for your answer. I don't understand why the drop in Pmech, at a frequency value of 49.75Hz and not 49.9Hz for example. |
2021-03-17 04:19:37 -0500 | commented answer | GGOV1model Yes, I did |
2021-03-12 04:26:03 -0500 | commented answer | GGOV1model Thank you for your answering. But why other models, such as GAST, don't have the same behaviour as the model GGOV1. In fact, the mechanical power of the GAST increases to correct the drop in frequency and remains constant with the new operating point. |

2021-03-09 05:07:29 -0500 | asked a question | GGOV1model I simulate with PSSE a production group loss using a GGOV1 regulator. At first the regulator responds well. So the mechanical power increases to correct the drop in frequency. But when the frequency reaches 49.8Hz the mechanical power begins to drop which is wrong because the setpoint frequency is 50Hz. I can't figure out why this drop and what should I do to correct it. |

2019-04-23 04:37:04 -0500 | asked a question | Question about NEVA eigenvalue analysis I am new to PSSE and I am using version 33. I have the licence for NEVA. I have loaded both .sav as well as .dyr files. When I launch Neva eigenvalue analysis, I have this message "NETOMAC interface data files not found: neither *.Dat and *.Reg files nor .Nid. Its greatly helpful if anybody explain how to solve this problem. Thanks. |
