What types of load you should use totally depend on the actual characteristics of the loads. For example, you may want to use constant impedance type for heating loads (active power). If you don't know the real characteristics of the loads, you can try to use 100% constant impedance (P), and 100% constant current (Q) or you can refer to the standards in your system planning area (such as WECC).
