dynamic initialization error
When I'm trying to initialize my dynamic file with PSSE interface in a message back to the console starting "Not open for physical access. C:\PTI\Desktop\Output.out (RWFIL)"
I cannot find anything anywhere about what this means. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks

You might have the file open in another application, or PSS/E is not allowing you to overwrite the file. Try changing the file name and working from there. Or you can close all instances of PSS/E and restart.
