In the case of the python routine. Any idea on the implementation? I was thinking using a variable impedance that consumes the desired power, but I don't know if I can make use of the steady state variables during the simulation
Yes, you can represent the load by using data array. A user defined model is needed. Or you can write a python routine to read the data array and simulate load value as disturbance.
