How does PSSE file match real-time branch flow measurements?

Hi, All,

We are trying to test a standalone state estimator using a power company's real-time data. The company dumped PSSE (version 26) file and real-time measurements. Because bus numbers are dynamic, so, for branch flow measurements, we do not know how to match the branch flow measurements with branches in PSSE file. For double lines, it is more difficult for us. Your suggestions are highly appreciated.

Thanks a lot in advance.

If bus names are static in the PSSE-files, you can use the names for bus identification.
