Seeking Technical Report on PSSE Wind Modeling Package for GE Wind Turbines
I am looking for a technical report: Y. Kazachkov, R. Altman, J. Senthil, and K. Patil. 'PSSE Wind Modeling Package for GE 1.5/1.6/2.5/2.75/4.0 MW Wind Turbines User Guide.' Technical report, Siemens PTI Ltd, August 2011. Where can I get it? I cannot find it on Google.
It's not the same thing, but there is a GE section in Vendor_Specific_Models.pdf in the standard PSS/E documentation. You could maybe request from PTI the apparently retired GE modelling package psse_gewt_w600.exe ...it might be in there.
