Is there any available automatic generation control (AGC) model in PSS\E?

If not, how can I build AGC model in PSS\E?

AGC is a system for adjusting the power output of multiple generators at different power plants, in response to changes in the load.

Please take a look at the model "LCFB1" , its function is similar with AGC, but it needs to combine with governor to achieve its function.

Or you can try to build "user-defined model" of AGC.
