I am familiar with the use of dlst, mdlind, mdlnam, etc. I could not figure out how to output the con data to a variable or an array from dlst or any other API. I would like to use the con data to verify against a set f criteria and modify it.

There is a method, as pointed out by @Yagna:

use DSRVAL to retrieve a value from a specific model index.
