Error while opening a snapshot

I had to upgrade my PSSE version to fix this issue for myself - from 34.8.2 to 34.9.3.

I found that after the error popped up, I was able to interact with my case through the GUI as normal, but saving the case or runing a simulation did not work and I received the error again.

I consistently found this same issue when importing a certain .dyr file, regardless of the .sav file open at the time. I was able to load in a different .dyr file without this issue. I edited the .dyr file that didn't load properly to look completely identical to the .dyr file that did load properly, and still it gave the same error.

My colleagues weren't able to replicate this issue when importing the exact same .dyr file. My colleagues were using PSSE 34.5.x and I was using 34.8.2. When I upgraded to 34.9.3 I was able to import the .dyr file without error.
