2020-06-01 18:16:13 -0500 | asked a question | Summation Record for ac branch flow in Python? Hi all, Is there some API function that does the same thing as Summation label does in the GUI? I have Summation label for ac branch flow (that works): "LF,+,1000 2000 1 F" and "LF,+,3000 4040 1 F" I want to plot the same ac branch flow in Python in dynamic simulation. I have the "POWR 1000 TO 2000 CKT '1 '" from using psspy.chsb, which is the same as "LF,+,1000 2000 1 F" if I understand correctly. However, I don't have the same for "LF,+,3000 4040 1 F", that is, I don't have "POWR 3000 TO 4040 CKT '1 '", which is why I want to find out if there is API function that does the same as The Summation Label. Thanks!! |

2020-05-27 14:52:34 -0500 | commented answer | How Mbase(MVA) is calculated in .raw file Thanks alot! I got a little confused by the word "base" before but now I understand it after reading your answer. |
2020-05-27 07:41:34 -0500 | asked a question | How Mbase(MVA) is calculated in .raw file Hi all, I am adding new machine and I don't know how to choose Mbase (MVA) in the .raw file (under the tab "Machine"). I was given this .raw file that I am working with and the existing Mbase (MVA) for other machines there are different, some are 120MVA, 25MVA, 10MVA etc. So my question is how this Mbase (MVA) value is calculated/obtained? The system base in 100MVA Best regards, A beginner in PSSE |
