2013-05-23 07:31:16 -0500 | answered a question | Critical clearing time script Why a 180 degrees? Does the machine angle settle down or does it separate from the rest of the machine angles in the network? If it doesn't seperate itself from the other angles it is not unstable and you need to carry on with you simulations. I dont understand your approach and maybe it works but I do it differently. |
2013-05-23 07:17:00 -0500 | answered a question | i want convert pss/E file to Digsilent You dont have to do that. After importing and activating your digsilent study case click on the "new" icon to create a new diagram. make sure your new sheet is unfrozen. In the top right hand corner there is an icon "draw network element" click on that. Then choose the element u want to draw and click on the name of the element in the window that pops. Drag ur mouse over the sheet and click once your element will appear. |
2013-05-23 07:12:09 -0500 | asked a question | Version change from 2.3 to 2.7 We recently acquired PSS/e version 33 and want to run transient stability studies using python. Previously we were using version 32 and running python 2.3 or 2.5. Is there anybody that can help me understand what I need to do in order to run python 2.7 on PSS/e version 33? |
