Excuse me:

  1. Can anyone tell me what's difference between wind turbine first-generation and second-generation in detail?

  2. What's the difference between Type 4A and Type 4B? (I know type4B didn't have drive-train model)

thanks;

Which PSSE models do you mean? If it is REECA1 and REECB1, then REECB1 is for large scale PV for which there is no drive-train.

I mean there has two versions of Wind generator model(Type 4) in WECC. I want to know the difference between these two versions. When we simulation with type4B WT model, there only has WT4G2 and WT4E2 model inside.
