The CLODxx model does not converge in initialization

I am testing the composite model in IEEE 9 bus system, while the CLODxx model is not converged when I initialize it for transient simulation. The case works fine without the dynamic load model (i.e., just convert the load to ZIP before running the transient simulation). I don't know what is wrong with my case.
I really appreciate if you give me some suggestions. My raw file and dyr files are pasted below, you are welcome to try.
