Models library (pdf) & PAGV2 (pdf) (newest version)

Hi!

Where can I find the newest version of the Models library and the Program Application Guide Volume 2 (for the newest version of PSS)? Can someone send me any link or pdf? I just want to compare them with an older version of PSS (v33).
