PSSE 31 format

Hey,

I'm new to the world of PSSE and I've been trying to parse a PSS/E v31 .raw file for a project I'm working on but haven't been able to understand the format. I keep on finding inconsistencies between the manual I'm trying to use (version 31.0) and the data at hand. Does anyone have a more up to date manual\any other description of the format or know of any way I can obtain it?

I've noticed two differences so far which I believe are actually the same change. Namely, the shunt related records (GL and BL) from the bus section are absent. Additionally, there is an additional section after the bus and before load sections that seems to be the shunts. Thanks for the help!

Yes, the fixed shunt data per bus has been moved to its own data block, after the load data block. The file savnw.raw at the "example" folder of the PSSe installation directory shows the data block structure for v.31

Thanks for the answer, do you know of any other changes or any way I can get a list of these changes? I do not have an installation of PSS/E v.31 unfortunately.

Can you expand about the goal of your project. It seems you are comparing raw files (v.30 vs. v.31?) to create input data from a raw v.31 for another program (not PSSe). BTW, I use v.33
