How to recover the principal menu?

I'd like to know if there is a key combination or some other way to recover the main menu

"File - Edit - View - Power Flow - Misc - I/O - Control - Tools - Help"

How did you get rid of it in the first place?

You should just be able to hit the 'ALT' key on your keyboard. That should temporarily show the menus... from there you should be able to undo whatever you did to hide the menus.
