Tuning dynamic parameters
What are the ideal resources to begin with for learning PSSE PSCAD controller tuning. I've conducted several dynamic studies, but didn't tuned the controllers.

I agree with the previous comment; it is about trying and seeing what happens. But you asked about resources; I would suggest writing a Python script, with a loop to vary Ki, run simulations, save the out files. Then plot the results for several simulations over the top of each other. Save the Enerplot is a handy way of plotting, and quick to update when you have new data.
