Using Bus Name in DFAX files

I am looking to use bus names for a .con file but when I go to build the .dfax file, it does not recognize the bus names. I used abuschar to print the buses' extended names but when I copied what was printed, it still does not work.

BUSNAMES

CONTINGENCY LOSESTEAMHYDRO

TRIP BRANCH FROM BUS 'HYDRO 33.000' TO BUS 'LOAD1 33.000'

END CONTINGENCY LOSELONEHYDRO

TRIP LINE FROM BUS 'HYDRO 33.000' TO BUS 'TAP 33.000'

END

END

That is my .con file. I have swapped the names with the corresponding number to ensure the other files worked and they did so its just the .con file. Any help is appreciated
