Confusion with the language of some files

Hello ! I dont understand in which language are written the files .sub, .mon y .con I thought it was written in PSEB and PSAS, but the savnw.mon and .con have reserved words like REMOVE that I cant find anywhere in the docs of PSEB and PSAS. Do you know in which languages are they written and which files in the docs have that documentation ? Thanks, regards
