I found a couple of issues:

  • generator at bus 10 was missed in the dyr (so no dynamics model was assigned to this online generator)
  • MBASE of generator at bus 1024 was 0 (causing NANs) - I set this to 0.1MVA (=PGEN)

Following these changes, I was able to run a dynamic simulation and plot channel data.
