2016-07-24 03:27:38 -0500 | asked a question | understanding the pss/e v30 raw format Hi - I'm a newbie, thus apologise if my question is trivial. I would like to examine some features of power-grid structures (for example, to compute shortest-path between two nodes). For this purpose, I would like to parse the grid structure from pss/e v30 format input files (raw + csv). I only have access to pss/e raw input files and don't have access to any pss/e software. Could anyone please share a link to a good description of the pss/e v30 raw format? Or a good open-source package that allow me to achieve that? Thanks, Ron |
