I'm use BESS data from "Example .dyr data for BESS"

I want to change SOCini to see what different storage of battery affect system.

Change SOCini in savnw_BESS.dyr form 0.2 to 0.5, but 3018 residual energy still start from 0.2, also frequency is wrong.

Frequrncy should be lower when bus fault occur.
