Will Mbase affects the WECC 2nd renewable model ?
I'm wondering, if I use WECC 2nd generic renewable model for dynamic simulation, which parameter will be affected if I change "Mbase" of generator. It seems like REPCA1's parameter, Pmax and Pmin, are related to Mbase. But I'm not sure is that right or there are more parameters which are related to Mbase.
Please help solve my doubts, thanks a lot.
