I have the following ICONs values for REECA model: M=0 M+1=0 M+2=1 M+3=1 M+4=0 M+5=0. When a Pref step is performed using the REPCA model, P from 120MW to 135MW, Pref increases to 155MW and Q varies widely which means that voltage protections open. Should ICONS in REECA model be modified to perform MOD26(Vref) and MOD27 tests(Pref)? or this values are given by the manufacturer depending on control strategy (Plant level V Control + coordinated local Q/V control)?
