Need help with converting ".sav" to ".raw"

I'm working on an AC mitigation project for pipelines. The power company sent me their data required for the study in the ".sav" format, but I don't have access to the software. Could anyone do me a favour and convert the file to the ".raw" format? Please DM if you don't mind helping me. Thanks
