Reactive control loop REPC

In the REPCA model for reactive control the deadband is defined using dbd1, lower threshold for reactive power control deadband (<=0) and dbd2, upper threshold for reactive power control deadband (>=0). Nevertheless, there are two CONs I can't understand, emax and emin ( upper/lower limit on deadband output (pu)). If you have a deadband of +/-0,01pu at field, are dbd1=-0.01 and dbd2=0.01? And emax/emin?

Thanks ina dvance

Constants emax and emin are just limitations on the input signal to the PI Q-controller. Enter large positive and negative numbers to ignore the limitation.
