PSSE 34.9.3 already installed by the default Python installation failed hence need to change python version to a different one.

can you please help me with this i want to extract overloaded lines at N and N-1 so i can define the influence zone , I'm new to python PSSE, AND I REALLY NEED TO SORT THIS OUT SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOUUUU
