Is it possible to get PSSE course online (in English Language). If anyone knows a site, please to advise. ANOTHER QUESTION Is it mandatory for a beginner in PSSE to learn Python? Thanks in advance.

1) you can learn psse basics from the youtube and udemy(online learning course). Those are the only the basic operations. you can do a lot more than those in the vedios or course.

No python is not necessary for the usage of PSSE you can compensate them with the batch commands or manual GUI operations. python only gives edge to the ease automation of the routine steps and increase speed of activity.

There isn't much content or tutorials available but you can begin by going to its directory>DOCS and checking out POM and API for python. And NO it is not mandatory, it is required for advanced automation studies.
