In 24.5 of PAGV2 (PSS/E 33), the playback model 'TSTGOV1' is introduced in the chapter 'Other Models'.
I want to use this model to simulate a measured frequency response, however I can't find the model in 'other models' in the dynamic data tabs. How can I add 'TSTGOV1' in my dyr file?

(from the Models.pdf manual) Using a text editor, add the next lines to the dyr file:
IBUS 'USRMDL' ID 'TSTGOV1' 505 0 2 6 0 2
ICON(M) to ICON(M+1),
CON (J) to (J+5) /
I prefer to use the PLBVFU1 model.
