Hi, I am new to Psse software. I was trying to make dynamic simulation for a 7 bus system. When I perform the simulation it just says in the output bar "Channel output file is x.out". When I try to open that x.out file, I'm getting the "Channel output is empty" warning. Where could I be doing wrong?

Hello, before the simulation, you need to first generate the output channels as follows, go to the dynamic tab> define simulation output (CHAN), you can test with the quantity of the machine and choose the desired bus and signal. After that run your simulation and the .out file will not be empty.

As a suggestion you can save the .dyr as .snp so that your output channels are kept safe.
