I want to simulate LVRT on a synchronous machine at PCC using SMIB model. How to model the LVRT profile in PSSE? How do i model the voltage ramping at PCC?

I am trying to simulate a case in PSSE 34 dynamic simulation where I have a SMIB model. The synchronous machine is connected to a transformer, then cable to PCC bus. PCC bus is connected to infinite bus. I want to simulate a LVRT where the voltage at PCC is changing in step and ramp. I am assuming step change can be done by simulation a disturbance event and then clearing the fault. But how do i model the ramping up of voltage post fault? Is there any other way to doing this? any module in PSSE that does LVRT/FRT simulation. I am new in PSSE so, please help me out here.

Search this forum for "PLBVFU1".

The model PLBVFU1 can be used with a input data (*.plb) that mimics the voltage profile (V(t), t) that matches your LVRT profile.

Updated plbvfu1 data set now contains LVRT, HVRT and freq. step-down test in addition to original pmu data test. Download it here

Thanks for answering. I will look into it. But in general is there any simple way to change the bus voltage in a ramp? For example from 0.9 pu to 0.5 pu over 1 minute.
