However, I guess you are not under maintencance and support since you are still at PSSE 29. An upgrade will of course cost some money.

If you are a student you can download PSSE Xplore with capability to model up to 50 buses.

If you have more buses in your network you can of course use PSSE 29, if you don't need the enhancements added in later versions.
