chkpkg Error - Bad Version Number 32 for program psse. Was expecting 30

After receiving this error attempting to run python25 with psse32. PSSE30 was installed but has since been uninstalled. I have also uninstalled PSSE32 and Python25 and reinstalled. PSSE30 has not been reinstalled.

After several uninstall and reinstalls, I tested a different user ID and did not receive the error message ... for verification I tested on yet a different user ID and did not receive the error again. The error happened every time for the primary user ID. I renamed his profile and created a new profile for the user and VIOLA! Success!
