Dynamic simulation models including .sav,.dyr,.seq file?

I want to do research on transmission line fault,including LLL,LLLG,LG,LL,LLG fault. But I don't have the complete data files including '.sav','.dyr' '.seq' file. Where could I find the data?

You can always play around with savnw files in Example directory.
