I want to configure the PSS model given in the library or write my own user model of PSS to implement time delay of the signals. Can anyone help me to solve my problem??
You have to learn yourself to write user models. Read POM chapter 23 several times...
Sure, let me know what are you looking at modifying in the existing stabilizer model. Would be willing to help if you are interested in writing an user model for a stabilizer.
