Retrieve constant power component of ZIP-load

Hello,

I stop my PSSE simulations and use Psspy to scan frequency changes to alter the load in certain places in special ways. It does not work as intended and I suspect that my method of adjusting load is wrong. To test my hypothesis, I need to be able to retrieve the P-part of the ZIP-load model in a dynamic simulation.

How do I retrieve the constant power part of ZIP-load?

Things I've tried: - Use alodbusreal and retrieve "MVAACT". This should be what I am looking for, but the power of this component seems to change between each simulation stop/scan, and it is supposed to be constant. - loaddata4 only changes load - loadchng4 only changes load

What else can I do?

Thank you for answers, hope someone is able to help.

API alodbusreal returns the MVA load (S). Use alodbuscplx to return the complex load (P+jQ).

I would also use MVANOM instead of MVAACT, even if there shouldn't be any difference at normal voltages. At low voltages (below 0.7 - 0.8 pu) the actual constant load is reduced in PSSE.
