Hello, I am using the PSS/E Xplore version for last couple of days. It was working well. The suddenly today, it crashed and when restarted it shows the whole circuit in pink color, and the circuit is non-responsive. It is true for all the circuits.

What can be the solution for this?

Thanks Mahi

I get the impression that you have a slider diagram opened but you have not loaded a saved case!? Do you have network data in the spreadsheet?

No I did not have that data in spreadsheet. So, i figured that out, thanks to you. So my question is when I open a new case - should I open as "case data + diagram"? And then while saving do I need to save both of the *.sld and the data as *.sav files?

Yes, network data are stored in the saved case file and diagram layout in a slider diagram file (*.sld).
