How can I use CBEST model with PAUX1T through Python?(Dynamic Simulation)

Im a beginner in PSS/E. I want to simulate Generator trip events and see BES's response. I found several papers of using CBEST and PAUX1T models. They say Python was used to simulate. But I dont know how to access to it. Any tutorial is good for me. Thank you.
