Hi, I am currently using the LSYSAN module in PSSE to get the state variable system matrices and I get a *.lsa file which I don't know how to open. Do I need to open it with PSSE or should I do something outside PSSE to read this file?

Than you for your help!

thank you! I'm using the university version (33) and Im trying to run LSYSAN like in the PAGV2 document indicates but I dont know where I am mistaken. The command line doesn't recognize me any command like "LSYSAN, BCAS, MCAS" It just says "invalid activity". I've done the previous activity such as ASTR which runs ok until it says "initial conditions check ok", then the command line prompts me "activity?" again.

Again, than you so much for your help :)

you have to execute it in LSYSAN.exe. Iam not sure that there is LSYSAN module in PSSE 33 university, but as I remember, in PSSE 29, there is LSYSAN and in PSSE 33, there is NEVA. Those module do the same job.

Use activity Bcas or MCAS to open lsa file. I recommend the tutorial in chapter 22 of PAM-V2.pdf in PSSE 29 documents. It's a good material for learning how to use LSYSAN.
