PSSE 36.3 - Intel Fortran compatibility

I initially installed only PSSE and when started Environment Manager I got a message that no Fortran compiler was installed. Afterwards I installed VisualStudio 2022 and the latest available Intel Fortran compiler (oneApi 2026). The Environment Manager doesn't start now and I get a Python error about KeyError:2026 which I can only assume relates to the Intel compiler. Is there a way around this? I don't particularly fancy paying to get a 3 years old Fortran compiler from Intel, as only the latest one is available free of charge...
