I have a PSSE 35 case which solves without issue as a SAV file. As soon as I convert it to RAW format, I get hundred of MW of mismatch and the case blows up. Has anyone else dealt with this issue?

I think you might change the binit into 0 then solve it again. Probably it will solve. In save case, have tried flat start?
