How to perform Step Tests on Generic WECC Models?

I have a solar plant modeled using REGCA1, REECA1, and REPCA1. I need to perform the following step tests: 1. Voltage (Vref) Step Test 2. Power Factor (PF) Step Test, and 3. Reactive Power (Qref) Step Test

I believe only one control mode is selected for the PV plant, and the control mode is selected one at a time when performing a specific step test. What VARs and CONs should be changed for each step test during the dynamic simulation?
