Of course!

Tap changer side:

In the Transformer Data Record the checkbox "Winding 1 on From end" decides the location of the tap changer. The tap changer is always on Winding 1 side. If the tap changer is at From bus side, the check box shall be enabled.

Controlled bus:

The controlled bus i defined in "Controlled Bus Number".

In the example below the tap changer is on high tension side and the voltage control on low the low tension side of the transformer.
