What is the meaning of these four columns of numbers?

The formar of the Y matrix is as follows:

1 - BUSI: From bus
2 - BUSJ: To bus
3 - G:    Conductance
4 - B:    Susceptance

In this format there starbus buses. It is numbers starts at 1.000.000.

In the end of the file there is a list with zero impedance vinculations.

Whether they are rated value, or per unit value？
