Why I cannot initialize and run the dynamic simulation

I run a load flow for a case , it converges normally. When I try STRT and initializing the dynamic simulation , it does not converge .

I got this msg INITIAL CONDITION LOAD FLOW USED 1 ITERATIONS

Then: Network not converged at TIME = -0.002

What do you mean with not converge? Please specify the problem. Initial conditions suspect?

did the dynamic data set initialized well before? what has changed? are the model somehow validated?

When machine models (GENROU, etc.) appear in the initial condition suspect table, check their models parameter values. Check that all generators in the basecase are within its limits (Pmin < Pgen < Pmax and also Qmin < Qgen < Qmax), including the swing generator. Also check if governor models are in this table, since they affect the Pgen value, and adjust their parameters (mainly Pmax) to resolve the suspect condition. The DSTATE shall be as close to zero as possible, so work first on those machines with the largest DSTATE value (like I=4, I=10)
