What is the difference between v35.dll and 35.dll file.

I have two dll files, the one with name v35.dll can not be opened. Is it because of version difference ? what could be the problem?

Wasn't sure if it wasn't already obvious to you, one is for PSSE version 34 and one is for PSSE version 35.
