How to make ESS provide a droop response like a Governor(GGOV1)
Hi, I am using REECCU1 and REGCA1 as my ESS, recently when my system with the droop response can get better result for the later process, in order not to damage the governor, I want to remove the governor and add an ESS to provide the droop response, so I add the model of plant controller(REPCAU1) to get the droop response. Is this the right move to achieve what I want? Or is there any better option to get the droop response without increasing the system inertia?

Yes, you can get an active power response to changing frequency from REPCAU1. In the MODELS manual, look at the block diagrams to understand what's involved.
