convert raw file to sld and sav file

Hi,

I have 3 questions:

(1) Is there any available IEEE 118-bus .sav, .sld, and .ecd file?

(2) How can I convert Matpower or Powerworld raw file to PSS\E raw file?

(3) How can I convert PSSE raw file to .sav, .sld, and .ecd file?

(3): Open raw fil and save as a saved case (.sav). Those files only contain network information (topology and electric data).

It is not possible to create .sld or .ecd file from .raw file since diagram and economic data are not present in the file.
