PSS/E disappear within half a minute after I turn it on

My issue is as follows:

I use PSSE35.5.3complete to install PSS/E. After installation, I turn on PSS/E. But it disappears within half a minute after I turn it on.

How can I fix it?

I consider that you might directly contact Siemens PTI.
