What can i do resolve this out of limits initialization?

GGOV1 AT BUS ### MACHINE 1 INITIALIZED OUT OF LIMITS

This means that Pgen in load flow is larger than or lesser than the Vmax/Vmin limits in the governor model.

Change Pgen in load flow or update the limits in GGOV1.
